it came shrink wrapped but expanded really fast. my kitten likes it a lot (not enough to stop her from being evil). the ball is attached to some decent cord that she hasn't been able to chew thru so far (she did on the cat tree I got her a while ago almost immediately)
I love it I asked for my chihuahua dog and the size is cozy, the bad thing is the packaging because it came very compressed and deformed I hope that with the days it will take its original shape

Great House! Now my cat sleeps there day and night😄 The walls are dense, it looks like a password inside, arrived a little crumpled but the next day it took a beautiful shape! I would like the bottom of the house to be also made of a password, but there is a thin fabric, a soft pillow on top.
